Shipping policy
Processing Time All orders are processed within 2–5 business days. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays. During high-demand periods, processing times may be slightly longer — we'll keep you informed.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Times We currently ship from Belgium. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight.
- 🇧🇪 Belgium: 2–3 business days
- 🇪🇺 Europe (EU): 5–10 business days
- 🌍 Rest of the World: 10–20 business days
Packaging All decants are carefully packaged to prevent leakage during transit. Each item is sealed, wrapped, and secured to ensure it arrives in perfect condition.
Tracking Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number (where available).
Customs & Import Duties (International Orders) For orders outside the EU, customs fees, import duties, and taxes may apply upon arrival in your country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs.
Lost or Damaged Packages If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date at ungaro.media@gmail.com with your order number and photos (if applicable).
